I ship USPS First Class or Parcel Post Mail. I strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so I may change our prices periodically if we find a more affordable method of shipping. If your shipping costs are more than $1 different, we will refund you the difference in cost. Should you need your items shipped outside of the lower 48 states, need expedited shipping, or have a question about a shipment please contact HootHootBaby. Items are also available for pick up if you are in the Eudora, KS area. Please contact HootHootBaby if you would like to place an order and you are local!
My Return Policy & Defects
I strive to create excellent products that you will love and feel good about using. However, mistakes do happen, if you are unhappy with anything you order from HootHootBaby please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. If you notice a defect contact me immediately with a photo of the defect. I cover first class shipping charges back to me in case of defect. Since defects vary, I will work one on one with you to determine the best solution whether it be a repair, refund, or replacement. Defects are covered for 60 days from the date of delivery. The warranty is only applicable to the original buyer.
Coupon Codes and Gift Cards
Because of the way our checkout system works please contact us if you have a Gift Card or Coupon Code. We will send you an invoice with your total (minus the Gift Card or Coupon Code), or will email you with your remaining balance on your gift card.
Wholesale and Custom Orders
I love custom orders! I will work with you if you need special modifications to our products due to body type, preference, or other special circumstances. Please allow 3-6 weeks, sometimes longer depending on my back log at the time, for custom made products. Please contact us should you need our assistance in creating a product that works for you and your family. After purchase of your custom slot I will discuss your purchase with you and invoice you for the full amount of the order + shipping. If shipping is over charged by more than $1 I will refund you when your item (s) is shipped. Once your order is finished it will ship the next business day.
